Custom orders are Non-Refundable: Once your order has been place and the production process has begun, we cannot accept return or offer refunds. This is because the item(s) have been uniquely designed and created to your specifications, making them unsuitable for sale.

We take quality control seriously, and we do our best to ensure that your custom order meets your specifications and our high standards. If you receive a custom order that is damaged or does not match the specifications you provided, please contact us within 10 business day receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the progress of your order, we may offer a partial refund, minus any expenses or work already completed.
